Received my games mat today and it was well worth the wait. I love the quality and how the river and roads all blend together. I know it has taken a while since I ordered it but with the Pandemic, popular demand of War Sigil and the Atlantic Ocean it’s definitely been worth the wait. I can’t thank Will enough for all the skill and work he has put into this. My order was custom built as well, I gave Will a brief and he executed it perfectly. Definitely worth buying one of these mats, especially in the U.K. as no one really makes them like this.

I help to organize a Middle Earth group and we had the pleasure of purchasing two mats from WarSigil. The purpose was to up the game for our players and generally add to the immersion. What I wasn’t expecting was the number of people who would not have given our setup the time of day that were drawn to the table. We play at a board game cafe and have specifically done so for the environment and the increased foot traffic. During our time playing with the mats in the first day the number of people that came by just to look at the set up was amazing. ‘This is the best thing I’ve ever seen’, ‘wow this is amazing’, ‘can I touch it?’ and people just generally looking by and being drawn into a demo as a result. I can not recommend WarSigil mats enough – not just for the next level it takes your game to but for those who are trying to draw players into your game. Very, very worth it and suddenly the mouse pad mats you have been using pale in comparison.

I ordered the scrubby Rough Mat as a Christmas present and the recipient loved it! He thought he was getting a regular mat and was amazed to see it was textured. He uses it for Warhammer, and we love the character that a textured mat adds. Even after being rolled up, it flattens out very well. It has a nice weight and seems durable! Thanks, WarSigil!

just received a two pack of mats, one turf, one rough, and they are awesome it adds a new level of detail and fun to your games don’t think I can go back to printed vinyl mats. I strongly recommend, and will be buying more for myself going to try a custom one cant wait

I am *thrilled* with this order. WarSigil *very* quickly engaged me regarding my custom order request, and then shipped the mats faster than I anticipated. I was worried that the Turf Mat grass effect would be too deep – but it’s perfect. Pay attention to their preview image with the D10 in it – it ended up being a perfect frame of reference. My Star Wars Legion table looks stunning with the standard color Turf Mat, and I haven’t even started painting a lot of the terrain items yet. Placing minis on the grass isn’t an issue – it acts like you would expect a grassy field to and flattens even under the weight of a small plastic stormtrooper. The Surf mat is an amazing looking water effect and I am just as happy with that mat. We purchased it with Sails of Glory and Blood Red Skies in mind, and we can’t wait to get playing- thanks!
